Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Choice of India Restaurant is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in its Edmonton location. You will oversee staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, conduct reviews and provide training.
• Plan, organize and control daily restaurant operations, including inventory management.
• Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility.
• Train new employees and conduct ongoing coaching.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• Control costs and assist with budgeting.
• Address customer complaints and deliver outstanding service.
• Participate in marketing initiatives and implementation.
• Maintain a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented work environment.
