Guest Experience Expert – Part-Time (Weekend)

About the role

The Guest Experience Expert provides memorable, personalized service to hotel guests throughout their stay. Working weekends on a part‑time basis, you will be the front line of hospitality at JW Marriott Edmonton ICE District, ensuring smooth check‑in, check‑out and all interactions in between.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, including processing operational needs and addressing guest requests.
• Complete reports, share local area highlights, and handle transactions as part of the guest experience.
• Move around the property, lift and carry objects up to 10 lb, and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior related work experience or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work weekends and follow company policies, safety standards, and confidentiality guidelines.
