Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our fast‑food outlet in Kelowna. You will be responsible for daily operations, financial performance, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Determine service offerings and implement operational procedures.
• Balance cash, complete balance sheets and cash reports.
• Conduct performance reviews and supervise more than 20 staff members.
• Cost products and services, manage a budget of $100,001‑$500,000.
• Organise and maintain inventory while ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• Address customer complaints and provide high‑quality service.

Required profile

• College/CEGEP education.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong client focus, dependability and flexibility.
• Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, pressure‑filled environment.
