About the role
We are seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our fast‑food outlet in Kelowna. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining high service standards, and managing a team of more than 20 employees.
Key responsibilities
- Determine service offerings and implement operational procedures.
- Balance cash, complete balance sheets and cash reports.
- Conduct performance reviews and supervise staff.
- Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Address customer complaints and ensure health and safety compliance.
Required profile
- Client‑focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, organized and flexible.
- Excellent oral communication and teamwork orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attention to detail and reliability.
