Restaurant Manager

About the role

Dhaba Express is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in its Brampton location. You will be responsible for maintaining profitability, ensuring high service standards, and fostering a motivated team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze budgets, adjust menu pricing, and control costs to boost profitability.
• Plan, organize, and supervise daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, recruitment, and performance reviews.
• Monitor inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure health‑ and safety regulations are followed.
• Address customer complaints, provide excellent service, and contribute to marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience in an urban setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle tight deadlines, and manage a physically demanding workload.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and other spreadsheet tools).
• Basic budgeting and financial reporting capabilities.
