About the role

Wild Flour Pizza Co is looking for a proactive Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at its Abbotsford location. You will be responsible for maintaining profitability, ensuring compliance with regulations, and creating a welcoming environment for staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyze the budget and adjust menu pricing and food preparation methods to maximise profit.
  • Monitor revenues and labour costs, balancing cash and completing financial reports.
  • Plan, organise and oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff recruitment and scheduling.
  • Implement operational procedures and determine the type of services offered.
  • Conduct performance reviews and enforce provincial liquor legislation.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are consistently followed.

Required profile

  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to less than 2 years of restaurant management experience.
  • Ability to support newcomers and refugees with credential recognition.
  • Experience providing awareness training to create a welcoming environment for youth.
