About the role

ChiChi Restaurant & Bar is looking for a motivated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at its Vanier location. The manager will ensure high‑quality service, maintain smooth kitchen and bar workflows, and uphold a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key responsibilities

Train, schedule, and supervise front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff.
Address customer complaints and concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Maintain accurate inventory records for food, supplies, and equipment.

Required profile

Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
1‑7 months experience in a restaurant or bar setting.
Smart Serve certification and ability to pass a criminal record check.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and on‑call shifts.
Proficiency in French (additional language listed).
