About the role
ChiChi Restaurant & Bar is looking for a motivated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at its Vanier location. The manager will ensure high‑quality service, maintain smooth kitchen and bar workflows, and uphold a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Train, schedule, and supervise front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for food, supplies, and equipment.
Required profile
- Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
- 1‑7 months experience in a restaurant or bar setting.
- Smart Serve certification and ability to pass a criminal record check.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and on‑call shifts.
- Proficiency in French (additional language listed).
