Restaurant Manager – Full-time

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at Pattersons Family Restaurant in Sackville, NB. The role involves overseeing staff, managing budgets, and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and develop budgets to control food, beverage, and supply costs.
• Monitor revenues and labour costs, adjust menu pricing and food preparation methods accordingly.
• Plan, organize and supervise daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and recruitment.
• Train, evaluate and motivate a team of over 20 employees, ensuring performance standards.
• Maintain inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and enforce liquor legislation.
• Handle cash handling, balance sheets, and financial reporting.
• Address customer complaints, provide service, and manage events and catering requests.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are consistently followed.
