About the role

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our Popeyes location in Newcastle, ON. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving profitability in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Evaluate daily operations and monitor revenues to control labour costs.
Plan, organize, and supervise daily activities, including staff scheduling and performance management.
Train and develop a team of 5‑10 employees, conduct performance reviews, and address customer complaints.
Maintain accurate cash handling, balance sheets, and cash reports.
Manage inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

2–3 years of experience in restaurant or fast‑food management.
Proven ability to supervise a team of 5‑10 staff members.
Comfort working in a physically demanding, fast‑paced environment.
Availability to work mornings, evenings, days, weekends as needed.
