Restaurant Manager – Brampton, ON

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Brampton location. You will be responsible for maintaining profitability, ensuring high-quality service, and managing a diverse team.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and develop budgets to control food, ingredient, and supply costs.
• Evaluate daily operations and adjust food preparation methods and menu pricing.
• Monitor staff performance, set work schedules, and supervise team members.
• Organize and maintain inventory while ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate with suppliers and address customer complaints or concerns.

Required profile

• College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Food Service Manager certification, Smart Serve, and Safe Food Handling certificates.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
