Restaurant Dishwasher / Utility – Part‑Time Evening Shift

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Restaurant Dishwasher / Utility to join our team at SSP Canada’s airport restaurants. This part‑time evening position (3:30 pm‑11:30 pm) focuses on keeping the dining and kitchen areas clean, safe and ready for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, equipment, floors, walls, windows and service areas.
• Clear and reset tables between seatings and transport service‑ware to the kitchen.
• Scrape, wash or load dishes, pots and pans into the dishwasher and return them to proper storage.
• Use approved chemicals and equipment to meet sanitation standards.
• Load and unload supply deliveries, stock, date, rotate and monitor food temperatures.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in a retail or food‑service environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Food‑handler permit and any required brand certifications.
• Ability to stand for long periods, work in confined spaces and obtain Transport Canada security clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada.
