Restaurant Crew Member – Part-Time & Full-Time

About the role

Join our A&W team as a Crew Member and be part of a fast‑paced, friendly, and team‑oriented environment. You’ll play an important role in providing guests with great food, friendly service, and a clean, welcoming restaurant.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, welcoming, and efficient service to every guest.
• Take guest orders accurately at the front counter and drive‑thru.
• Prepare and serve A&W menu items while following food quality and safety standards.
• Handle cash, debit, credit, and mobile orders accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, dining area, drive‑thru, and workstations.
• Restock products and supplies throughout the shift.
• Work efficiently with team members during busy periods.
• Complete cleaning and other duties to uphold restaurant standards.

Required profile

• Positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and support the team.
