Food and Beverage Service Manager

About the role

Boost Juice is seeking a Food and Beverage Service Manager to lead daily operations at its Mississauga location. The role involves overseeing staff, managing inventory, and ensuring a high standard of customer service in a fast‑paced environment. You will be responsible for driving cost efficiency while maintaining product quality and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop budgets for food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
• Evaluate daily operations and monitor staff performance.
• Plan, organize, and supervise daily service activities.
• Recruit, schedule, train, and supervise staff members.
• Determine service offerings and implement operational procedures.
• Organize and maintain inventory records.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Address customer complaints and provide excellent service.
• Train staff on service standards and safety protocols.

Required profile

• College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate/diploma (1‑2 year program).
• 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Availability for morning and day shifts.
