About the role

Join Chipotle’s fast‑casual dining team as a Crew Member, where you’ll help prepare fresh, responsibly sourced food and deliver a friendly guest experience. No prior experience is required – we provide the training you need to succeed at any station.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items by hand at stations such as grill, prep, salsa, and expo.
• Operate the cash register and handle customer orders accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dishwashing and sanitation tasks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Passion for helping and serving both customers and team members.
• Desire to learn cooking techniques.
• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location.
