About the role

Join Chipotle’s mission to serve responsibly sourced, real food in a fast‑casual environment. As a Crew Member you will work at a restaurant location, learning every station—from grill to cash register—while delivering friendly, high‑quality service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble menu items according to Chipotle standards.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, and provide accurate order taking.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to food safety protocols.
• Engage with customers, answer questions, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support teammates across all stations, including grill, prep, salsa, and expo.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for serving others.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Willingness to learn cooking techniques and restaurant operations.

Required skills

• Basic cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
