About the role

Halong Bay Restaurant, a Vietnamese cuisine establishment in Winnipeg, is looking for a motivated Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and ensure a high‑quality dining experience.

Key responsibilities

Set staff work schedules and supervise daily activities.
Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring supplies are stocked.
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies.
Negotiate with clients for catering or facility use.
Address customer complaints and provide excellent service.
Manage events and special functions.

Required profile

Client‑focused with strong service orientation.
Flexible and able to adapt to changing demands.
Organized and reliable in a fast‑paced environment.
Team player who can work collaboratively with staff.
Ability to work under pressure.
