About the role
Halong Bay Restaurant, a Vietnamese cuisine establishment in Winnipeg, is looking for a motivated Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and ensure a high‑quality dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Set staff work schedules and supervise daily activities.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring supplies are stocked.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or facility use.
- Address customer complaints and provide excellent service.
- Manage events and special functions.
Required profile

- Organized and reliable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team player who can work collaboratively with staff.
