Key responsibilities

• Take customer food orders, enter them into the point‑of‑sale system and accurately process payments.
• Provide outstanding hospitality and service to all guests.
• Maintain solid product knowledge to answer questions and suggest items.
• Keep the work area safe and clean by following procedures and regulations.
• Support team efforts by completing related tasks as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide relevant information.

Required profile

• Prior experience preferred but not required.
• Flexible schedule and availability for weekends, day or night shifts.
• Customer‑service orientation and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable standing on your feet for a full shift.
• Reliable, hard‑working attitude and eligibility to work in Canada.
