Resort Driver

About the role

The Resort Driver is a key member of the Naturally Pacific Resort team, responsible for providing safe, reliable, and courteous transportation for guests and staff. This role supports the resort’s commitment to exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Transport guests to and from the resort, nearby attractions, airports, and other designated locations.
• Assist with luggage handling and ensure a comfortable passenger experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador by offering local information, recommendations, and refreshments as directed.
• Transport team members, supplies, documents, and other items between resort properties or external locations.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Support scheduling and route planning as required.

Required profile

• Valid unrestricted Class 1 or Class 4 driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• National Safety Code (NSC) Safety Certificate.
• Experience driving larger vehicles such as vans or shuttles.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of local roads, attractions, and conditions.
• Physically capable of handling luggage and working outdoors in all weather.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
