About the role
The Resident Experience Coordinator supports Greystar’s Edmonton community by handling resident inquiries, service requests, and administrative tasks to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve resident complaints and questions about rent, fees, and lease violations promptly.
- Return calls on service requests within 24 hours to maintain satisfaction.
- Create and distribute resident communications such as newsletters, surveys, and lease violation letters.
- Organize community events, welcome gifts, birthday cards, and unit visits.
- Monitor property appearance, curb appeal, and ensure leasing office and model units are ready for tours daily.
- Review nightly reports from Courtesy Patrol and Valet Living, following up on incidents and violations.
- Manage front‑desk communications, prepare access keys/fobs for move‑ins, and coordinate vendors during emergency maintenance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum three years of experience in residence life or property management.
- Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Required skills
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in handling phone, email, and resident management systems.
