Research Analyst – Consumer Insights

About the role

Omnicom Media Group is looking for a curious, detail‑oriented Research Analyst to join its Consumer Insights team. You will turn complex data into clear, compelling narratives that guide marketing strategies across multiple product categories.

Key responsibilities

• Support questionnaire design, fieldwork monitoring, quota tracking and data quality checks.
• Process data through to final reporting and create presentation‑ready deliverables.
• Translate findings into clear stories and actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with strategy, planning and senior management to inform decisions.
• Ensure data quality across all research projects.
• Manage multiple projects, coordinate with vendors and track timelines.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in social sciences, marketing, business, psychology or related field.
• 1+ years of research analysis experience with a proven ability to produce actionable insights.
• Familiarity with surveys, focus groups and secondary research methods.
• Strong attention to detail and structured problem‑solving approach.
