About the role
Join a global leader in premium card services as a Remote Travel & Concierge Experience Bilingual Agent. You will deliver unforgettable travel and concierge experiences to Premium Card Members, working entirely from home while communicating fluently in English and French.
Key responsibilities
- Provide “WOW” travel and concierge experiences across chat, email, and voice channels.
- Use Sabre GDS and other travel tools to book domestic and international itineraries.
- Cross‑sell relevant products and services, meeting sales targets.
- Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
- Work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, to support a 24/7 operation.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations and world geography.
- Excellent spoken and written communication in English and French.
- Resilience and composure under pressure.
- Proven sales or consultative experience.
- Ability to obtain TICO and OPC certifications (fees covered).
- Eligibility to work for American Express; no visa sponsorship offered.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Sabre GDS booking system.
- Solid computer skills for handling multiple travel tools.
