About the role

Join a global leader in premium card services as a Remote Travel & Concierge Experience Bilingual Agent. You will deliver unforgettable travel and concierge experiences to Premium Card Members, working entirely from home while communicating fluently in English and French.

Key responsibilities

• Provide “WOW” travel and concierge experiences across chat, email, and voice channels.
• Use Sabre GDS and other travel tools to book domestic and international itineraries.
• Cross‑sell relevant products and services, meeting sales targets.
• Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
• Work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, to support a 24/7 operation.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of travel destinations and world geography.
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English and French.
• Resilience and composure under pressure.
• Proven sales or consultative experience.
• Ability to obtain TICO and OPC certifications (fees covered).
• Eligibility to work for American Express; no visa sponsorship offered.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sabre GDS booking system.
• Solid computer skills for handling multiple travel tools.
