Customer Service Representative – Prince George Airport

About the role

The Customer Service Representative (CAR Sr) at the Prince George Airport will deliver high‑quality service to both internal and external customers, primarily face‑to‑face and over the phone. The role supports rental operations, handles inquiries, and acts as a backup for rental staff in a busy airport branch.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions and provide resolutions for customers, other branches, insurance companies and vendors.
• Manage outgoing calls for callbacks, accounts receivable follow‑ups and miscellaneous assignments.
• Greet customers in person, assess rental needs, provide directions and general assistance.
• Process vehicle returns, check‑ins and kiosk transactions, and assess vehicle condition.
• Market the company by safely transporting customers to and from the rental location.
• Notify management of vehicle problems and perform basic vehicle cleaning when required.
• Perform administrative tasks such as billing support, accounts receivable, key logs, report generation and supply maintenance.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
• Valid BC Full Class 5 driver’s licence with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years.
• Minimum one year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services or administrative support.
• High school diploma (post‑secondary education preferred).
• Availability to work the schedule Sunday – Thursday, 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
