About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Consultant (EA/CPA) to work remotely for a global financial services leader. In this contract position you will interpret complex U.S. tax statutes, review their English translations, and provide structured feedback to ensure regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

Interpret and analyze U.S. federal and state tax statutes, focusing on conditions, thresholds, logic, and legal exceptions.
Review and evaluate English translations of complex tax laws for accuracy and clarity.
Provide comprehensive, structured written feedback through a review UI.
Identify inconsistencies, ambiguities, and gaps in tax documentation using logical reasoning.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver accurate tax interpretations.

Required profile

Qualified Enrolled Agent (EA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with strong knowledge of U.S. tax law.
Demonstrated ability to analyze statutory language and provide clear, written feedback.
Excellent attention to detail and logical reasoning skills.
