About the role
Join RecXchange, a global recruiter collaboration platform, as a Remote Recruiter. You will work from anywhere, accessing live client vacancies and earning placement fees directly when your candidates are hired.
Key responsibilities
- Access and review active global job openings on the platform.
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for each vacancy.
- Collaborate with other independent recruiters on shared opportunities.
- Track candidate progress through the hiring process and ensure successful placements.
Required profile
- Experience as an agency or freelance recruiter.
- Strong network of candidates across multiple industries.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple placements.
- Motivation to generate additional income alongside existing work.
