About the role
RecXchange is seeking independent recruiters to join its global collaboration platform. Working remotely from any location, you will source and submit candidates for live client vacancies and receive a placement fee for each successful hire.
Key responsibilities
- Access and review active global job openings on the platform.
- Identify, engage, and submit qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with other recruiters on shared opportunities.
Required profile
- Proven experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or placement.
- Strong network of candidates across multiple industries.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Comfortable handling commission‑based compensation.
