About the role
Join RecXchange as a Remote Recruiter and work from anywhere while accessing live global vacancies. You will source and submit candidates for client roles and receive placement fees for successful hires.
Key responsibilities
- Access and review active global job openings on the RecXchange platform.
- Identify, engage, and submit qualified candidates into hiring processes.
- Collaborate with other independent recruiters on shared opportunities.
- Earn $3,000‑$11,000 for each candidate hired.
Required profile
- Experienced agency or freelance recruiter seeking additional placements.
- Professional with a strong network of candidates across industries.
- Available to work part‑time or full‑time on a remote basis.
- Self‑motivated and able to manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle.
