Remote Onboarding Specialist for Restaurant Partners

About the role

OpenTable is seeking a Remote Onboarding Specialist to guide new restaurant partners from contract signing to a fully live, optimized operation. You will act as the primary point of contact, using a consultative approach and AI‑assisted tools to ensure a smooth implementation and early success.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end onboarding lifecycle for a high volume of restaurant partners, from sale to go‑live.
• Analyze each restaurant’s unique needs and configure OpenTable Core and Basic applications accordingly.
• Leverage internal AI assistants and automation to streamline data entry and generate customized training outlines.
• Deliver engaging remote training sessions that translate technical features into operational wins.
• Manage a dynamic queue of implementations, meeting or exceeding onboarding time benchmarks.
• Coordinate technical integration of the OpenTable booking widget with restaurant staff and third‑party providers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Billing teams to resolve transition roadblocks.
• Identify trends and contribute to the evolution of onboarding processes and playbooks.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in implementation, customer success, or senior hospitality management.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as large language models or automated workflow platforms.
• Strong consultative and project‑management abilities.
