Remote Medical Physician for AI Model Fine‑Tuning

About the role
We are seeking an experienced internal or emergency medicine physician to collaborate with our AI research team. You will apply your clinical expertise to help fine‑tune large language models, ensuring they generate accurate, empathetic, and safe medical content.
Key responsibilities
- Design realistic clinical scenarios covering acute care, chronic disease management, and preventive medicine.
- Evaluate AI‑generated responses for diagnostic accuracy, clinical reasoning, and evidence‑based practice.
- Identify knowledge gaps across internal medicine subspecialties such as cardiology, endocrinology, and nephrology.
- Provide structured, written feedback to guide model improvements.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and other medical experts in a remote, interdisciplinary environment.
Required profile
- MD, DO, or equivalent doctoral degree with active clinical practice within the past 3 years.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
- Strong ability to articulate complex medical reasoning in clear, patient‑friendly language.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Education from a top‑tier institution is preferred.
Required skills
- Clinical expertise in internal or emergency medicine.
- Experience with digital medical tools (optional).
What we offer
- Flexible contract of 20–40 hours per week (minimum 4 hours/day) with overlap in PST.
- Fully remote work environment.
- Potential extension beyond the initial one‑month engagement.
