Remote Logistics & Supply Chain Management Specialist

About the role

This remote contract position focuses on reviewing logistics documentation, improving supply chain workflows, and providing expert feedback on logistics processes. You will work closely with project teams to ensure accuracy and compliance across all supply chain activities.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze logistics documents for authenticity, accuracy, and industry compliance.
• Develop and annotate sample documentation to illustrate best practices.
• Evaluate current supply chain workflows and suggest improvements based on real‑world experience.
• Deliver detailed feedback on logistics scenarios, emphasizing document structure and process optimization.
• Collaborate with project teams to clarify requirements and explain complex logistics concepts.
• Participate in quality‑assurance processes by validating the relevance and correctness of supply chain data sets.

Required profile

• Strong experience in logistics and supply chain management, especially with packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
• Comprehensive understanding of logistics workflows, documentation, and global supply chain operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing and creating supply chain documentation.
• Proven analytical skills and a track record of identifying process improvements.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
