Remote Internal Medicine Physician – Clinical Research

About the role

We are seeking a board‑certified or board‑eligible Internal Medicine physician to join a highly selective clinical research initiative. The work is fully remote and asynchronous, focusing on the creation, evaluation, and refinement of complex internal medicine case scenarios that reflect real‑world diagnostic and treatment challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Develop realistic internal medicine case scenarios covering diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical decision‑making.
• Produce expert‑level reference responses that align with current standards of care.
• Evaluate and score written clinical outputs using structured review frameworks.
• Provide precise written feedback to improve quality, accuracy, and reasoning consistency.
• Participate in calibration and onboarding sessions to ensure evaluation alignment across the team.

Required profile

• Physicians with strong expertise in internal medicine or related subspecialties.
• Board‑certified, board‑eligible, or actively licensed medical professionals.
• Clinicians skilled in evidence‑based reasoning and written medical communication.
