Remote Appointment Setter (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Appointment Setter to join our fully remote team. You will work inside our CRM to manage leads, follow up with prospects, and keep our sales calendar full. This high‑activity position offers a clear growth path toward a closer role for top performers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage leads, call activity, follow‑ups, and pipeline updates daily in the CRM.
• Rebook no‑shows and cancelled appointments, keeping prospects engaged.
• Recall leads that did not close and schedule new sales calls.
• Communicate with prospects via calls, texts, emails, and CRM tasks.
• Maintain clean and up‑to‑date CRM notes, lead statuses, and appointment details.
• Support the sales team by ensuring a full, consistent calendar of qualified meetings.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong phone communication skills.
• Experience in appointment setting, sales development, inside sales, or outbound calling.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and consistent with CRM updates.
• Persistent, coachable, and results‑driven, able to follow up multiple times without being pushy.
• Willingness to work U.S. business hours.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CRM) experience.
