About the role
London Drugs is seeking a Regulated Pharmacy Technician to join its Richmond, BC pharmacy team. This full‑time position supports optimal patient care in a fast‑paced retail environment, working alongside pharmacists, pharmacy assistants and other technicians.
Key responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists and the pharmacy manager with daily operations.
- Provide customer service, handle telephone inquiries, and maintain pharmacy cleanliness.
- Operate the pharmacy computer system to process and prepare prescriptions.
- Participate in ordering, receiving, and inventory management of drug supplies.
- Support professional services such as travel medicine, INR monitoring, CDE, and long‑term care.
Required profile
- Registered with the provincial College of Pharmacists.
- Completed national and provincial Regulated Pharmacy Technician program and passed exams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team‑oriented mindset and self‑starter attitude.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency for pharmacy software.
