Registered Nurse – Outpatient Clinic

About the role

The Princess Margaret Cancer Centre is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Outpatient Breast Clinic team. Working Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm, you will provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to patients undergoing cancer treatment in a high‑volume ambulatory setting.

Key responsibilities

• Apply nursing science, theory and critical decision‑making to deliver safe, patient‑centred care in accordance with UHN’s Professional Practice Model.
• Maintain compliance with the College of Nurses of Ontario standards, UHN policies and ethical frameworks.
• Participate in continuous education, reflective practice and quality‑improvement activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, allied health professionals and support staff.
• Perform cross‑functional duties and any additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Minimum three years of nursing experience, preferably in oncology or outpatient settings.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
• Oncology Nursing certification or CNA Oncology certification (preferred).

Required skills

• Oncology nursing knowledge.
• Experience in breast or gynecologic oncology outpatient care.
