Registered Nurse – Home & Community Care

About the role

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to provide high‑quality care in clients' homes and community settings across Canada. You will use your clinical judgment to deliver safe, respectful, and dignified nursing services while supporting clients to live independently.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for clients in their homes.
• Document care accurately using company‑provided mobile devices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate client services.
• Travel to client locations safely, adhering to travel compensation policies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date patient records and communicate changes to relevant staff.

Required profile

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing with current RN registration in the province of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening and a negative TB test.
• Valid driver’s licence, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
