About the role

Interior Health is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department at Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops. The role involves delivering high‑quality nursing care in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to emergency patients, working both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Enhance patient and family quality of life through consultation, collaboration, and coordinated care.
• Apply evidence‑based practice and continuous improvement to nursing interventions.
• Maintain and advance personal clinical competence.
• Participate in hospital committees, research projects, and designated team activities as assigned.

Required profile

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licence valid in British Columbia.
• Experience in emergency nursing or acute care settings.
• Reliable, flexible, and motivated with the ability to work rotating day and night shifts.
• Commitment to teamwork, patient safety, and ongoing professional development.
