About the role
We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Vancouver. You will play a key part in attracting, assessing and hiring talent that supports our growth across media and design projects.
Key responsibilities
- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements.
- Prepare and post job notices and advertisements.
- Collect, screen and evaluate applicant resumes.
- Advise candidates on employment requirements, terms and conditions.
- Recruit recent graduates from colleges, universities and other educational institutions.
- Notify applicants of selection outcomes and prepare job offers.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience.
- Fluency in English (or French) as required by the posting.
