Talent Acquisition Associate – Agency Recruiting

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role you will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for healthcare staffing positions, build strong relationships with candidates and support our talent acquisition initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview and negotiate offers for healthcare staffing roles, including reference checks and job posting management in the ATS.
• Develop and maintain a talent pool using hiring trends, salary benchmarks and market data.
• Represent RhynoCare at job fairs, campus events and other hiring initiatives to attract top talent.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Partner with healthcare facilities to coordinate onboarding and set new hires up for success.
• Support organizational projects such as performance management, succession planning and talent acquisition programs.
• Create engaging communications related to recruitment and talent initiatives.
• Conduct audits of HR policies and processes to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or agency recruitment, focusing on high‑volume hiring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a commitment to confidentiality and sound judgment.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with attention to detail.
