Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

The Recruitment Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and documentation of volunteer recruitment for clinical studies. The role ensures smooth scheduling, compliance with company procedures, and effective communication with participants, especially Spanish‑speaking volunteers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and support recruitment activities for test projects.
• Prepare follow‑up reports for recruitment and laboratory meetings.
• Organise and participate in recruitment events.
• Schedule appointments for clinical studies and explain testing procedures in multiple languages.
• Act as first emergency contact for adverse reactions and manage QMS audit responses.
• Assist in continuous development of volunteer management software.
• Post job ads, screen candidates, conduct phone interviews, and generate recruitment reports.
• Verify volunteers' health status, obtain informed consent, and manage participant documentation and compensation.

Required profile

• DEC or bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, Health Sciences, Clinical Research, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, customer service, clinical research, or administration.
• Fluency in English and French; Spanish is an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with databases or recruitment software.
