Recruitment Consultant – Payroll Recruitment (Toronto)

About the role

We are seeking a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Payroll Recruitment team in Toronto. You will combine sales and talent acquisition to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse client base across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through lead generation and client development.
• Conduct client meetings in person or via video to understand hiring needs.
• Source, head‑hunt, and manage candidates through the entire recruitment process.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing talent solutions.
• Collaborate internally for cross‑selling and share best practices.
• Maintain accurate records in the company database.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a 360 agency recruiter with both sales and recruitment responsibilities.
• Background in professional services or similar sectors.
• Demonstrated success in business development and winning new clients.
• Strong candidate and process management capabilities.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and a proactive, self‑motivated work ethic.
