Recruiter/Coordinator (On-site, Milton, ON)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Talent Consultant to join Adecco’s Milton office. In this on‑site role you will partner with client companies to understand their workforce needs, design recruiting strategies and deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying hiring goals and business challenges.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Provide market insights, talent trends and hiring recommendations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business or related field (preferred).
• 2‑5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing or talent acquisition (agency or in‑house).
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Solid understanding of employment legislation and best hiring practices.
• Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS/CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
