Recruiter – Remote (Vancouver, BC)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its growing Canadian team. This remote position supports clients across multiple industries, handling both direct‑hire and temp‑to‑hire assignments while contributing to the launch of a new recruitment operation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑life‑cycle recruiting for a wide range of positions, from entry‑level to senior roles.
• Source and screen both passive and active candidates using job boards, the company ATS, VMS and other tools.
• Receive requisitions, conduct intake calls, submit candidates, coordinate interviews and guide hiring managers through each step.
• Handle a high‑volume caseload across multiple clients, balancing repeat and unique hiring projects.
• Ensure fair and consistent assessment practices in partnership with hiring managers.
• Collaborate with Canadian recruiters and U.S. colleagues for knowledge sharing and mentorship.
• Adapt quickly to a startup‑like environment and help build the new recruitment team.

Required profile

• Customer‑centric with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented and comfortable making proactive phone calls.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking and prioritisation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining team connections.
• Experience collaborating with multiple clients and contributing to operational growth.
• 2–3 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or professional setting.
