Recruiter – Remote (US Pacific Hours)

About the role

This remote Recruiter position supports US Pacific business hours from anywhere in Canada. You will lead communications, training, and change‑management activities for enterprise‑wide procurement and contract‑management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end communications production for multiple releases, including email campaigns, town‑hall materials and reinforcement messaging for procurement, AP, legal and supplier‑management audiences.
• Design, develop and deliver training curricula and user guides for Zip, Coupa SIM and Ironclad CLM implementations.
• Execute detailed stakeholder impact assessments, mapping current‑state to future‑state workflows and identifying high‑resistance segments.
• Manage enterprise‑wide coordination for global, multi‑region deployments, handling cutover planning, regional variations, multi‑language materials and change‑champion networks.
• Drive readiness assessments and ensure all enablement materials meet publish‑ready quality standards, collaborating with SI vendors.
• Support integrated solution change management across SIM → CLM → P2P workflows, sequencing changes to avoid user saturation.
• Provide comprehensive program reporting, status updates, governance participation and cross‑functional coordination with product and technical program managers.
• Handle localization requirements and ERC updates for international markets, creating region‑specific content variations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, Communications or a related field.
• 5+ years of change‑management experience, including at least 3 years supporting procurement initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering training and communications for enterprise software rollouts.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across legal, procurement and business functions.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Zip, Coupa SIM and Ironclad CLM platforms.
• Creating publish‑ready email campaigns, town‑hall content and reinforcement communications.
• Developing training curricula, step‑by‑step user guides, quick‑reference materials and enterprise rollout frameworks.
