Recruiter – Permanent Search (Hybrid)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Innovative sourcing of candidates through the company website, social media, and job boards.
• Conduct end‑to‑end recruitment processes, matching qualified candidates with permanent job opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with HCR managers and participate in virtual meetings to ensure seamless communication.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work outside regular business hours when needed.
• Proven problem‑solving abilities and capacity to multitask.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Sense of urgency and a quality‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Computer literacy in a Microsoft 365 environment.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
