About the role
Litmus is seeking a Recruiter to lead and own global full‑cycle talent acquisition across North America, Europe and eventually Asia. You will partner with engineering, product and executive leaders to shape workforce planning, sourcing strategies and the overall candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute end‑to‑end recruiting processes for multiple regions.
- Develop workforce plans and sourcing strategies aligned with business growth.
- Manage candidate experience from outreach through offer acceptance.
- Strengthen employer branding and promote Litmus as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role requirements and hiring timelines.
- Track metrics and continuously improve recruiting efficiency and quality.
Required profile
- Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in technology or industrial sectors.
- Ability to operate across different time zones and cultures.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, scaling environment.
