Recruiter (Global Full‑Cycle)

About the role

Litmus is seeking a Recruiter to lead global full‑cycle talent acquisition across North America, Europe and eventually Asia. You will partner closely with engineering, product and executive leadership to shape workforce planning, sourcing strategies and the overall candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end recruiting processes for all levels of technical and non‑technical roles.
• Develop workforce plans and sourcing strategies aligned with business growth targets.
• Manage employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate journey.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements and interview processes.
• Oversee offer creation, negotiation and acceptance to secure top talent.
• Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve efficiency and diversity outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in a technology or industrial‑software environment.
• Ability to operate across multiple regions and time zones.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with a focus on delivering results in a fast‑moving startup.
