About the role

South End Partners is seeking a passionate Recruiter to join its high‑performance executive search team. In this role you will source, engage, and interview senior‑level candidates across a variety of industries, working closely with senior partners to shape leadership hiring decisions throughout North America.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed market research, market mapping and develop target lists for active search mandates.
• Source and engage high‑potential candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, networking and specialized research tools.
• Interview and assess candidates for fit, skill, and motivation.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with talent across industries and disciplines.
• Track candidate activity and insights in the CRM and prepare client‑ready profiles.
• Partner with recruiters to contribute to client updates, shortlists, and presentations.
• Stay current on industry trends and talent markets in core sectors.
• Represent the South End brand with warmth, credibility, and professionalism.
