About the role
The Recruiter will support the full recruitment cycle for screening officers within our Aviation Services unit in Montréal. This high‑volume position requires managing a multi‑phase process from attraction to onboarding while maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
Key responsibilities
- Screen applications, select qualified candidates, and schedule interviews.
- Prepare interview questions and hiring materials; conduct interviews with managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain an accurate candidate pipeline using SAP SuccessFactors.
- Source candidates through databases, social media, and community partnerships.
- Apply HR recruiting best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop relationships with aerodrome operators and participate in career fairs.
- Adhere to organizational policies, safety principles, and quality standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment role, preferably high‑volume.
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in aviation, security operations, or related sectors is an asset.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities; able to work under pressure.
