About the role
We are seeking a Receptionist to manage the front desk of our Victoria office and provide a range of administrative and clerical support. As the first point of contact for Associa BC, you will welcome guests, handle communications and help keep office operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery and materials.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person, by phone or email.
- Perform clerical and administrative duties for all departments.
- Handle other duties as assigned, including emergency response.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
- Hands‑on experience with office equipment such as fax machines and printers.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful and proactive problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking and time‑management skills.
- Customer‑service oriented mindset.
